Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The item you ordered does not arrive from our supplier.
- The item is damaged prior to shipping to the customer.

If you receive a faulty product:
- You may return the product at your expense for assessment.
- Once the product is assessed and confirmed to have a manufacturer fault or damage, a full refund will be issued.
