1. Shipping Process

1.1 Order Timeline

All our products are imported from Australia via air freight and delivered to us through NZ Couriers.
Orders are dispatched during the first week of each month.
Once dispatched, your order will be shipped to you using NZ Post/Courier Post.

1.2 Packaging and Space Efficiency
Our website calculates the box size required based on the dimensions of the products in your order. We aim to package items securely while minimizing wasted space.

Box Sizes:

Small Box: 250x250x200mm
Medium Box: 430x255x330mm
Large Box: 510x280x380mm
XL Box: 510x380x585mm

2. Delivery Costs

2.1 Standard Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the box required for your order.

2.2 North and South Island Shipping
All orders are supplied from the North Island of New Zealand, which can affect shipping costs for our South Island customers. Please note that shipping fees may be higher for South Island deliveries due to the additional transit distance.

2.3 Rural Address Fee
If your delivery address is classified as a rural address by our shipping provider, an additional fee of $6.72 will apply. This fee is charged by the courier company and will be added to your shipping cost.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the NZ Post website:
